Whole Body Circuit Routine

Took one of my star clients Nina through an awesome 50 minute whole body cardio circuit workout today with an emphasis on chest, shoulders and core.
Here was the workout:

Treadmill 7 minutes
(combo of power-walk, steep hill climb and run)

Bosu pushup knee drive 2 x 12
Bosu alternate side lunges 2 x 12
Walk in pushups 2 x 6-8
Db side raise squats 2 x 12 (7.5-10lbs)
Circular Bosu soccer toe taps 2 x 5 to left and 5 to right

Db squat press 3 x 10 -12 (10-12.5lbs)
Fitball knee tucks 3 x 15

Medicine ball floor to ceiling wood chops 3 x 15 each side
Db bentover rear delt flys 3 x 12-15 (5-7.5 lbs)

Db curl and squat 3 x 10 (10lbs)
Db skull crushers on fitball 3 x 15 (7.5lbs)

Finish with 15 minutes of Stationary Bike, alternating between level 12 and 25 on and off the seat. Attack it like you’re in a high intensity spin class. No cell phone and no People magazine please!

No rest between sets, just perfect technique, focused muscle mind connection and an overall great fat burning workout. Give it a go and let me know how you tackled it!
