Ector Simpson came to me weighing 205 pounds and lost 30 pounds in 16 weeks. As pictured in this after shot he now weighs 175 pounds and at a height of 5'7 looks great. His body fat percentage went from 28% to a lean, muscular and very fit 16%. His waist size shrunk from 38 inches to 32 inches. All this was attained with the passion and will power of someone who is inspired and driven to achieve his physical and lifestyle goals. Every morning Ector performs 40 minutes of cardio before our workout and has his meal ready to be eaten straight after our workouts together. He adheres to my gluten and dairy free meal plan, combining raw and semi cooked fibrous vegetables with lean organic proteins, whole fruits and healthy grains. Gennaro changed my life, plain and simple. Before I started working out with him, I was incredibly frustrated - I worked out 5-6 days per week, yet saw absolutely no changes in my body at all. "Alan is living proof that you can achieve life transforming results in as little as 12 weeks. From the very beginning of our fitness journey, and at 47 years of age, Alan displayed a determination, discipline, and passion that led him to the point of feeling and looking the best he has in more than a decade. Alan came to me weighing 213lb's with 33.5% bodyfat (9/12/08). After my 12 week program he now weighs 182lb's with a bodyfat of 22.3% (12/15/08). He has lost 31 lb's and 11.2% bodyfat and counting. His waist measurements shrunk from 40.5 inches to a current 35.5 inches. That's a 5 inch loss! Peter Baldassari has made a remarkable transformation. At 5'7 Peter weighed 195 lbs with 20% bodyfat when first starting with me. At 52 years of age and a height of 5'11 Richard Glasgow came to me as a very thin vegetarian who had one major goal in mind, and that was to gain quality muscle size without having to resort to eating any type of meat or fish, ie. remain a vegetarian. Richard began weighing 150lbs, with a bodyfat percentage of 18%. After my 12 week intensive weight training and nutritional program, he had packed on 15lbs of solid muscle and lost 8% bodyfat. He now has 10% bodyfat and weighs 165lbs.
