Peter Gregus is a broadway performer and can be currently seen in The Jersey Boys as Bob Crewe.

At 52 years of age and a height of 5'11 Richard Glasgow came to me as a very thin vegetarian who had one major goal in mind, and that was to gain quality muscle size without having to resort to eating any type of meat or fish, ie. remain a vegetarian. Richard began weighing 150lbs, with a bodyfat percentage of 18%. After my 12 week intensive weight training and nutritional program, he had packed on 15lbs of solid muscle and lost 8% bodyfat. He now has 10% bodyfat and weighs 165lbs.
