Gennaro Ferra’s Powerpose is a whole body workout experience which burns fat fast and sculpts the body like no other exercise program can. It combines elements of yoga, tai chi and Gennaro’s classic physique poses set to inspiring music. Gennaro’s Powerpose involves the contraction and elongation of specific muscle groups while strengthening the core to form a graceful and highly intense fitness routine.
Powerpose does not require any equipment or facilities. Gennaro and his team teach you at your home, office, gym or outdoors to the music of your choice. Powerpose is safer than most other exercise programs. The movements are fluid and controlled and there is no bouncing, jumping or lifting of heavy loads. “The only resistance is the one I teach you to create with your mind and body”.
The benefits are numerous including improvements in balance, coordination, posture, increased muscle definition and strength, fat loss and greater confidence. It is enjoyed by all levels and age groups and can be modified for those with limited range of motion and skill level.
