Personal Training Services
We design each training program specifically to meet your personal fitness goals, combining high energy workouts with nutritious meal plans, to help you achieve the healthy mind and body you've always wanted. With 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Gennaro and his team guarantee you results within weeks of commencement!
There are three ways you can train with us: one-on-one in the gym (NYC metro area), over the phone or online. No matter which way we work together, you will receive:

Training Concentrations

A combination of weight training, aerobic activity, and a balanced and nutritious consistent eating plan which helps you burn body fat sensibly and efficiently while maintaining muscle growth.

A variety of intense and masterfully designed bodybuilding routines coupled with high calorie whole food nutrition so you can achieve maximium muscle size within a realistic time frame.

A program of specific stretches, functional training routines and weight bearing exercises designed to strengthen weak muscles, tendons and joints as a result of inactivity, surgery or injury.

A program of sport specific exercise routines designed to your ability and skill level, so you can excel in your particular sport, whether it be professional tennis, golf, baseball, or soccer.

We offer hour-long sessions in structured aerobics, power walking, running, sprinting, soccer, bike riding, all terrain trekking, rollerblading, posing choreography, and any other form of cardio activity that may interested you.

Special 'shock routines' for individual muscle groups that will help you define and strengthen weak muscles within weeks in order to balance your physique and prepare you for an upcoming sporting competition or event.

We will prescribe you specific functional exercises designed to improve your coordination, balance, and ability to perform daily physical tasks with ease. These posture improving exercises will help straighten rounded backs, square off sloped shoulders and strengthen and define your core muscles. Never feel weak or tired again!

We incorporate an extensive stretching routine in your workout program so you can remain flexible, athletic and agile. Stretching reduces the likelihood of injury and will help you recover faster between exercises and training sessions.

For those of you who are not comfortable working out at the gym, or haven't the time due to busy work schedules, Gennaro and his team will custom design a home fitness program for you using light dumbells, jump ropes, bands, balls, hoops and ofcourse your body. His NWRR's will help you lose body fat and strengthen muscles within two to three training sessions.
We will train you at Gennaro's 'Home Body Fitness' Studio, at David Barton Gym in NYC, Chelsea, your fitness club, home, office, or outdoors in various parks around Manhattan. We are available for one on one, group, and corporate fitness training classes, as well as health and fitness seminars. Session times vary between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on individual level of fitness and type of program.
