Learn how conquering your weaknesses can be your greatest tool to progress and why positive role models and a support network is vital in achieving your healthy lifestyle goals.
Weight Training Basics - What works and what doesn't, and how to get the most efficient and effective workout for maximum results. I also cover short unique routines you can do in your office, hotel room or on the plane. This seminar will save you years of frustration! I will teach you how to make your workouts exciting and challenging, and you will learn the importance of rest for growth and rejuvenation. We will discuss the many benefits of exercise and its role in mental and physical wellness.
We will discuss why natural whole healthy foods are the key to developing a lean, muscular and strong body. I will teach you how to shop for the healthiest foods and prepare and store meals efficiently and conveniently. You will learn the art of cleansing out your kitchen pantry and body without resorting to drastic measures, as well as how to make the right food choices while on the go.
Every participant will have a chance to interact and ask questions throughout the seminar. I base my discussions on 22 years of real life experiences, not scientific experiments, gimmicks or the latest fitness fads.

We start by establishing your business and marketing goals and move on to purchasing the best equipment in your price range ensuring you purchase a large variety of equipment that covers most exercise disciplines. Our services also include gym floor layout, etiquette, equipment positioning, management of staff and the proper maintenance machines and facilities.

Designed to be executed without free weights or machines. This workout involves the whole body in combination with a jump rope, resistance band and Swiss ball in a heart pumping circuit of body resistance exercises and poses that will leave you fitter, leaner and more agile than ever.

Want to learn a totally different sport from Down Under while getting in superb shape?
Gennaro takes you through the skills, drills, marks, kicks and other ball handling tricks in teaching you the basics of this amazing homegrown Australian sport we know as ‘footy‘. Learn a great new sport and get a fantastic and fun workout in at the same time.
We will train you at our Downtown gym in Chelsea NYC, your fitness club, residential gym, home, office, or outdoors in various locations around Manhattan. We are available for one on one, group, and corporate fitness training classes, as well as health and fitness seminars.
Session times vary between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on individual level of fitness and type of program.
