My 2 week off meal
I beleive everyone who works out consistently hard should take a break from resistance training every 12 weeks for at least 2 weeks.
I am currently on hiatus from training and have been a little more relaxed about what Ive been eating. Ive also been trying to conserve, stay off the meat and use up as many tasty left overs as possible.
So this is what I did:
Spread all natural hummus over 100% rye bread 4 eggs fried in non fat olive oil (2 yolks only) with leftover red potatos
Place eggs and potatos in bwteeen two slices of Rye with natural pitted olives and whatever can' fit in the sandwich you have on the side. with natural olive.
