My 2 week off meal
I believe everyone who works out consistently should take a break from resistance training every 3 months for at least 2 weeks.

I am currently on a 2 week break from training and have been more relaxed about what I've been eating. I've also been trying to conserve food, stay off red meat and use up as many tasty left overs as possible.

Here is a sample of one of my delicious meals:

Toast 2 slices of 100%Rye bread and spread two tablespoons of all natural hummus over both slices.

Place leftover baked potatos sliced in to thick chips on fry pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Crack 4 eggs (2 yolks)over the potatos and cover to form an omelet .

Once cooked , place potato omelet in bwteeen two slices of Rye with pitted chilli olives. Whatever can't fit in the sandwich you have on the side.
