VersaCamp involves a variety of whole body exercises including resistance training, plyometrics, powerpose, martial arts, yoga, calisthenics and stretching.
Versacamp combines flexibility, coordination, balance, agility, endurance and overall core power. It is a total body experience for all fitness levels that is lots of fun and very effective.
Versacamp will leave you feeling youthful, vibrant, energetic and ready to tackle more.
