INGREDIENTS: 8 large white de-veined shrimp 1/2 pound of China Bay scallops 1/4 pound of Calamari/Squid 18 oz's of peeled tomatoes Crushed red chilli pepper Italian herbs 2 large Idaho potatoes Spectrum Organics loive oil spray
